By using the LANWIN Premier website or engaging our bespoke tailoring services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Our Services

LANWIN Premier provides bespoke tailoring services including but not limited to:

• Bespoke suits, wedding suits, tuxedos, and corporate attire
• VVIP discreet mobile tailoring consultations
• Fabric selection and style consultation
• Measurement taking, pattern creation, and garment construction
• Fittings and alterations

Appointments and Consultations

All consultations are by appointment. We appreciate at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated no-shows may result in a consultation deposit being required for future appointments.

Pricing and Payment

Pricing for bespoke garments varies based on fabric selection, design complexity, and garment type. A detailed quotation is provided during consultation. A deposit is required to commence work, with the balance due upon completion. Exact terms will be communicated during your consultation.

Production Timeline

Standard bespoke garments typically take 4-6 weeks from initial consultation to completion. Rush orders may be accommodated within 2 weeks, subject to availability. Timelines are estimates and may vary based on complexity and current workload.

Remake Guarantee

LANWIN Premier offers a free remake guarantee within two months of delivery if the fit does not meet the agreed specifications. This guarantee covers construction and fitting issues only, not changes to design preferences after approval.

Pattern Archiving

Your hand-drawn paper pattern and measurements are permanently archived for future orders. You may request deletion of your pattern and measurement records at any time.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of LANWIN Premier and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

LANWIN Premier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific garment in question.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
